This explains, in plain language, what happens to your data when you get in touch with Fuze or use the software. If you have any question this doesn't answer, write to x@fuze-app.com.

When you fill in the form to book a demo or ask about Fuze, we store the details you submit (name, email, company, the type of work you do, and your message) only to get back to you about your request. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form.
To generate and manage your Fuze license, we store the minimum needed: your name and email. Legal basis: performance of the license agreement between you and us. We don't collect or access anything about your activity inside the software.
All payment and subscription management is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Fuze never sees or stores your card details, and any billing questions are managed through your Stripe customer portal.
When you generate content in Fuze, your prompt and any reference files are sent directly from your machine to the provider you've configured (such as Fal.ai, Kie.ai or Google Cloud), using your own API key. That exchange happens between you and the provider, Fuze is not in the middle and does not store it.
We keep license data for as long as your license is active, and demo or contact requests for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on them. We don't keep data longer than necessary for these purposes.
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to how we use your data, at any time, by writing to x@fuze-app.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
